How to Avoid Legitimate Emails From Being Sent To Spam Folder (For SpamAssassin on DirectAdmin Platform)

Step 1 – Log in to your DirectAdmin control panel and select “SpamAssassin Setup“. Then select the two options as shown below:

Step 2 – Once done click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

This will force all emails that are tagged as spam by SpamAssassin to be put in inbox instead of spam box.
